Shipping Charges

Shipping charges start at $7.50 for invoices up to $150. Shipping gradually increases for orders $150 or more. Most items will be shipped using U.S. Mail but if unavailable will be shipped using UPS ground.

Shipping Discrepancy

Shipping inaccuracies should be reported within 5 days Of receipt Of goods. Items not
ordered, wrong style, color, etc.

Shortage Claims

Report shortages in shipment to the Customer Service Department within 5 days of
receipt of shipment.

Shipping Time and Backorders

Orders typically ship within 48 hours but could take longer. Should any items you
order be on backorder, your order will be held until all items have come in and the
entire order is complete.
